EstimateReviveFor residential painting companies

Turn yesterday’s painting estimates into tomorrow’s jobs.

We follow up on estimates that have gone cold, wherever you wrote them. In your name, and we show you what comes back.

What happens

Keep your software

We are not a CRM and we do not want your estimating workflow. Keep writing estimates the way you write them now. We work on the ones that went quiet, wherever they came from — a spreadsheet, your sent folder, a stack of paper in the truck.

Jobber, Housecall Pro, QuoteIQ, DripJobs, PaintScout and Estimate Rocket all include estimate follow-up. Their published material describes it running on estimates created inside the tool, going forward.

When a pass ends, sending pauses and nothing is deleted. Founding-customer pricing, and it may change.

What we have not done yet

No painting contractor has used this yet, so there are no results on this page. When there are, you will see them as they are — including the months when nothing came back.

How many of last year’s estimates never got an answer?

Type in five of them and read the follow-ups we would send.
